Pick up and return procedure:
PICK UP AND RETURN BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
Failure to arrive on time for pick up can result in a late fee. Renter is advised to call ahead to avoid a late fee. Failure to call and being 30 minutes late for pick up or return will result in a $30 late fee. No call and being 45 minutes late for pick up will result in cancellation and loss of payment for the rental. No call and 45 minutes late for return will result in being billed an additional day. No after-hour returns! We require a Next Level Rentals and Leasing employee to be present to perform a proper check-in and inspection of returning equipment for damage.

I rented the 2019 2500 Ram to do a horse pick up in GA. Let me tell you, the truck was amazing. Pulling a 2800lb stock trailer over Mont Eagle and into the Blue Ridge Mountain Range, this truck never blinked. It was absolutely perfect. We travels 460 within 12 hours round trip and not once was I concerned about the vehicle safety or condition. After navigating the Ocoee River Byway, we ran into some sleet on the MT. From the moment I picked up the truck til I returned it, nothing went wrong. Even heading down the MT. Towing 4000+lbs the vehicle geared down and I barely had to use the brake. Buck got to his new home safely, and i am confident I will be renting from them again. Jen was amazing, she was able to accommodate my change of schedule for pick up and made sure I had what I needed to do the job effectively. Over all the best rental experience I've ever had. And by far the nicest vehicle I've ever rented! Thank you Next Level for helping me make a 6yo girls dream happen!!!!!
